Byford Village Shopping Centre

Byford Village is approximately 33km from the Perth CBD. The Byford Rail Extension Project has welcomed the upgraded Byford Train Station within close proximity of the centre. The centre is situated in the centre of Byford, a suburb with a high population growth corridor for the city of Perth.

Byford Village Shopping Centre is a single-level neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket and supported by 10 specialties. The centre was built in 2016 with an open-air avenue for the specialties and an enclosed entryway for the Coles and Liquorland tenancies. The site also includes six hectares of vacant land to the west and north of the centre and has 354 on-grade car parking spaces on site.
