Many of our convenience-based retail properties have a strong weighting to food sales, due to grocery-based anchors such as supermarkets.
Region’s portfolio benefits from long-term leases to Woolworths Group Limited and Coles Group Limited, which act as anchor tenants at most of our properties.

Celebrating a decade of growth with a new name and rebranding
While the core strategy remains unchanged, we are on a great journey – recognising and celebrating a strong 10-year growth trajectory. To mark our next chapter, we decided to explore a rebrand and name change as part of this evolution.
